The Fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga

A 3 month program consisting of daily classes, one new class per week, in total 12 classes. The course is pre-built in a way that from class to class the students will get the understanding of the fundamentals of the practice, how the body is aligned in each pose and what should be felt. As an addition to the 12 classes of the course, 3 classes are given for ladies that are on the days of their period to be practiced at those times.
