This course includes 15 different classes of 30 minute duration, that treat minor lower/upper back problems, neck problems and hip problems. Following idealy a new class each week and repeating the class as many times as possible during the week an improvement in mobility and less pain will be felt. Women, please note: following the 12 lessons of the course, appear 3 lessons which are intended for the days during your menstruation.
