Back & Joint Therapy

A pre-built 3 month course teaching you how to practice with different back, neck and joint problems. The classes are filled with explanations, demonstrations and tips how to adjust the practice in the way that it will help you heal, have less pain and become more healthy

Each course includes:

* 15 yoga classes of 30 minute duration.

* Classes include physical demonstrations, verbal explanations, and animations!

* 3 special classes with a practice to do on the days of your period are included! Men, you can do these practices as well, to experience a more soft and gentle practice :)
