The Fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga

A pre-built 3 month course which gradually evolves from class to class to give you the base needed for your yoga practice! You can do it at your own time and pace and from the comfort of your home.

Each course includes:

* 15 yoga classes of 30 minute duration.

* Classes include physical demonstrations, verbal explanations, and animations!

* 3 special classes with a practice to do on the days of your period are included! Men, you can do these practices as well, to experience a more soft and gentle practice :)
